Here are a few of our 2024 highlights: New vendors and new opportunitiesOne of our biggest priorities was the selective expansion of our partner portfolio, and we're delighted to have welcomed four new vendor partnerships. Each carefully selected based on the strength of their offering and quality of support, they promise improved partner enablement to help capitalise on new customer opportunities and grow additional revenue streams. ContraForce: In a UK exclusive, we onboarded ContraForce, Microsoft's current ISV of the Year. Their AI-driven MDR service gives MSPs everything they need to enhance their security offerings and become a fully-fledged MSSP without the need to onboard their own additional, in-house expertise. AvePoint: With one of the largest SaaS user bases in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, AvePoint delivers comprehensive backup, insights, and migration solutions to our partners, providing powerful tools that drive the transformation of their customers’ digital workspace. Nord Security: A household name in cybersecurity, Nord brings exceptional expertise and enterprise-grade solutions to the table, opening up new possibilities in network security and password management backed by quantum-safe encryption technology. Exclaimer: Trusted by over 60,000 businesses worldwide, Exclaimer offers our partners an easy Microsoft 365 upsell opportunity that brings immediate value to marketing teams and IT departments alike. The exciting partner developments weren’t only reserved for new relationships. We also took a major step to enhance our strong partnership with Adobe, migrating their offerings to our Cloud Marketplace portal, making it even easier for our partners to sell and manage Adobe licences for their own customers. Our Growing TeamWe've added top talent to the team marking a significant step forward in our strategic plan to scale operations, deepen our impact in the channel, and deliver great value to our partners. Our hires bring a wealth of experience across sales, technical expertise, commercial, and marketing functions, and will be instrumental in driving forward our mission to provide top-tier cloud solutions and services, helping partners to grow their business. Exceptional partner engagementSharing knowledge and expertise with partners is an important part of our story, and we were delighted to launch our CloudConnect Live events this year. We’ve hosted two events to date, with planning for 2025 in flight. These in-person sessions, as well as our monthly webinar updates, have kept our community informed and engaged with the latest developments across our vendor ecosystem and wider industry trends. We've also doubled down on training and partner enablement. Working with industry-leading training partner Fast Lane, we've delivered multiple training courses this year, providing our partners' technical and sales teams with the skills and certifications they need to deliver more value and drive business growth. Elevating partner support with StratosAnother significant 2024 milestone was the launch of our Stratos partner programme. Building on our existing Atmos programme, this new premium status tier delivers comprehensive support and additional enablement for a select group of highly-invested partners. From 500 free Smarter SaaS M365 optimisation licences and free Copilot Readiness Assessments, to exclusive training opportunities with Fast Lane, Stratos partners unlock a host of real-world benefits that add genuine value and help drive business growth. The Stratos programme also includes VIP access to our Cloud Connect Live events, offering valuable networking opportunities with key stakeholders across our vendor ecosystem. By combining practical resources with strategic support, Stratos is helping partners unlock new opportunities and accelerate their business development in ways that matter most to them and their customers. Front row seats at key vendor eventsWhen it comes to staying ahead of industry developments, we believe in going straight to the source. That's why our team was on the ground at Adobe Max, and in Chicago for Microsoft Ignite 2024. Capturing crucial updates and insights first-hand helps us grow our own knowledge, but more importantly allows us the perfect platform to share these with our partner community. We’ve give our partners the inside track on the latest news and announcements impacting them and their customers today. Everything from new monthly Copilot pricing plans and enhanced enablement resources direct from Microsoft, to the evolution of Adobe’s own Gen AI tools and the benefits of Adobe Express — you name it, we had it covered. Building on strong foundationsAs we move into 2025, we're more committed than ever to supporting our partners' success. We're already working on additional training programmes, enhancing our partner support services, and finding new ways to help our partners and their customers capitalise on emerging opportunities in cloud security, productivity, infrastructure and AI.
