Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft Teams

We're highlighting the collaboration between Adobe and Microsoft to enhance productivity in Microsoft Teams with the Adobe Acrobat app. Users gain access to premium features like editing, organising, and protecting PDFs directly within Teams.

Description:

What’s new?

With the new app, your customers can access many of the exciting and useful features in Adobe Acrobat directly in Microsoft Teams, such as high-quality viewing that provides the only PDF viewing experience that lets users open high-fidelity PDFs directly in Teams. Your customers can also use Acrobat tools like Export PDF, Edit, Organise Pages, Combine Files, Compress PDF, and Protect PDF directly in Microsoft Teams, offering a satisfying and seamless work experience.

Collaboration is key

Day-to-day, it’s important to offer your customers a solution that can keep productivity high and collaboration seamless – especially in a modern or hybrid working situation. This new app allows your customers to effectively collaborate in a single PDF document with other team members, rather than gathering and compiling feedback via multiple streams or attachments. They can even add comments directly to PDF files with sticky notes, highlights, and a freehand drawing tool, all available directly in Microsoft Teams.

By integrating Adobe Acrobat with Microsoft Teams, your customers can create a centralised and personalised space for collaboration and creativity. Files shared in Teams channels and chats, in OneDrive, or on users’ computers are all available to work on in Teams – and the app will even notify reviewers when others reply or tag them as an @mention in their comments. All of this, in a secure space that allows users to collaborate with trusted members and retain the ability to store document versions in SharePoint or OneDrive.

What’s included?

Within the new Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft Teams app, your customers can be introduced to a number of both new and premium features that help bolster innovation and collaboration. Within the free version, users can collaborate on PDFs with others, add sticky notes, highlight text, use a drawing tool, see their most recent files on the app homescreen, view PDFs in one- or two-page view (including panning, zooming, and rotating pages), search PDFs, and fill and sign forms. For those customers who want a little more interactivity from their solution, you can also offer your customers a premium version of the app, which allows for all the free features in addition to exporting PDFs, organising pages, combining files, compressing a PDF, protecting a PDF, and editing a PDF.
